The location in a shopping area was quiet. There were shopping centers and the main shopping street nearby. The restaurant was lovely for evening meals with delicious dishes. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nicely tiled.

Had very comfortable stay for our Tauranga visit. Our deluxe king room was luxurious with an excellent view of the sea. The bathroom was good size, included a spa bathtub and a shower.

The staff are immensely pleasant and I appreciated their attitude. The location is great and fantastic, minutes from The Strand.- It is nestled in a beautiful area adjacent to all the shopping and restaurants, a statue of Hairy McLairy characters, and a logging train railway and waterfront.

We stayed here for a few nights and had a great time. The location was perfect, right in the middle of town. Everything was just a short walk away, and we loved exploring the main shopping street. The room was well equipped and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed free Wi-Fi and a range of other amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The service was great, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry available. We also appreciated the in-room safe and the free toiletries.

We found the staff to be very helpful, always ready to answer questions about the locality. We enjoyed the luxury touches, the spa bath, large bath robes and overall the very pleasant room decor.

Lovely room with a peek-a-boo water view and a super comfy bed! 🌊 Had all the essentials like a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge. Great central location close to restaurants for convenience.

The location was very central, just next door to restaurants, bars, and a stone's throw away from the airport, Papamoa beach, and Bayfair shopping center.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, on the main shopping street. It offers great value for money with basic amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff provides amazing service, being friendly, polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is included in the rate.
